Exceptional spa facilities and relaxing atmosphere.
During our stay, the courtesy bus was very restrictive, discouraging us from using the restaurant. The pool was freezing cold and had restricted access much of the time, which was frustrating. Additionally, the lack of storage options in our room forced us to live out of our suitcase for the entire week.

Perfect getaway for anniversary
The hotel had a beautiful garden area with a pool where we could relax after exploring. The breakfast spread was very nice! We could choose from a huge variety of fresh fruits and pastries that made our mornings good.
It wasn’t inexpensive, but definitely worth it for the experience.

A beautiful hotel with stunning views of the Arno River. We loved our spacious room, the friendly staff, and the relaxing pool area. Our dog was also welcomed, making our family experience even more enjoyable. Perfect for unwinding after exploring Florence.
In my wife's opinion, more pet-friendly amenities would be great.

The room was beautifully decorated and had great views of the
river. The amenities were impressive, especially the spa facilities, though the shower layout in the room was awkward. We enjoyed several relaxing afternoons by the pool, but some areas felt a bit crowded during peak hours.
